Run processes

The Workbench, with its web based and user-friendly interface, is where users receive, plan and execute process tasks, such as filling in forms and editing or inspecting documents. The interface can be customised for each process stage and guides users by means of instructions, control documents and references. It provides a centralised tool for collaboration in task completion, version-controlled document management, support for digital signatures and accounting tracks. Existing web-based systems can be integrated and displayed on the Workbench, providing all process participants with a uniform work environment.
