Business Support

Barium’s helpdesk support team is always on hand to help you with your ongoing user support needs. Whether it be standard support (included within the Barium Live! licence subscription) or tailor-made service agreements specific to your requirements, Barium have a dedicated team in place to provide our clients with all the help and support they need.

Consulting & Project Management

Barium’s certified process experts and partners are on hand to provide expert Project Management services to manage the implementation process from initial requirements gathering and piloting through to the deployment of ready-to-use process applications within your business. Supported by years of experience and using the Business Process Management Notation (BPMN), this can be done within a few weeks.

Workshops

Barium and our partners offer a range of workshops designed to help our clients to get started.  The workshops are over three days with the output being a runnable process (agreed upon in advance) to pilot on the Barium Live! platform. Barium recommend this approach for early proof of concept work and as part of the getting started process.
