Quality statement
To ensure quality control and information management, we use a complete business process management system, The Barium Process Server with Barium Document Manager and a role-based intranet portal for information management, which is implemented in accordance with ISO 9000 standard. We use agile work methods like "SCRUM" in product development and "8 Omega" in customer projects to ensure quality and deliver customer value in accordance with customer expectations.
Our project managers and process consultants, are PMI (Project Management Institute) certified.
Barium products are Microsoft certified.
